Reading  labels can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be! Here are some of the common ingredients we use and what they are.

Cocos Nucifera Oil	Coconut Oil
Olea Europaea Oil	Olive Oil
Theobroma Cacao Butter	Cocoa Butter
Helianthus Annuus Oil	Sunflower Oil
Persea Gratissima Oil	Avocado Oil
Mangifera Indica Butter	Mango Butter
Sodium Hydroxide	Lye– This is what makes soap… soap! During saponification, the chemical reaction between the lye and other ingredients forms soap. That chemical reaction changes the lye so that it's no longer present in your soap.
Aqua	Water
Fragrance Oil	This is the smell!
Mica	Minerals (used for coloring!)
Iron Oxide	A compound composed of Iron & Oxygen (used for red-ish coloring!)
Ricinus Communis Seed Oil	Castor Oil
